can someone walk me through this level I’ve spent so much time on it and I no booster

The only way to beat this and other legendary levels is if you get a lucky board, which is determined by King and written into the game algorithm. This video by Johnny Crush is still one of the best showing how to take advantage of all the opportunities the game gives you. It's two years old but plays the same except the dragon eggs are still cherries and he had 22 moves, but actually only used 18 to pass it.

Your screenshot shows that you too can start by creating a wrapped candy on your first move. That is a good start and after that watch out for any opportunity to make a wrap/stripe combo and a colour bomb/wrap or colour bomb/stripe combo. You might have to try over many times until the game is kind to give you the candies you need to pass this level. There will be many more levels of similar difficulty to come, usually those are marked as legendary. My general tip with legendary levels is:

On your first attempt use the pre level starting boosters. Combined with win streak boosters this may help you pass. Sometimes the two colour bombs will start side by side. On my second attempt I also start with starting boosters. But if you fail twice then the game will hold you up for a long time, so don't waste any more boosters on a legendary level until you are starting to see a lucky board that will let you get close. Use a hammer or hand switch near the end if you can see it will pass the level. Use 10 gold for extra moves once the game offers you enough extra moves to pass.

Try to make gold by winning the episode races. You can always win any episode race by completing the entire episode within 24 hours. Use any events you get that allow you to collect boosters by replaying your favourite old levels, e.g. Season Pass, and use gold and boosters wisely.
