in Discussions
on level 16032 when I get down to 5 moves and have a spot cleared on either side of top corners for the candies to move through they won’t stop moving to continue I logged out a couple times and tried again keeps happening. I timed out of my weekly win prizes and lost lives. I can’t continue. There is definitely an issue with that level

This sounds like an eternal loop glitch. I think the best thing you can do here is to report it to Player Support, best with a screenshot as well. These should not happen but to remove them King need to know about them. As fellow players we cannot help you here with technical glitches. It's best to contact support from within the app. Use settings and then click on the ? icon and scroll through the options until you see "contact us" at the bottom. If you get an automated reply reply to the email until you get a satisfactory answer.
