Hello @CharismaPink there are a couple of issues that can cause the 'Events Coming Soon' message to appear
One issue is the ongoing problem of everyone's Events going missing on a regular basis. This is normally easily solved by playing any level. Once you have played a level return to your Event screen and your missing Events should return. If they don't then please try playing and winning a new level.
The other thing that can cause this message to appear is accidentally signing out of your game. If you sign out of your game and then open your game you receive this message. Please check that you are signed into your game.
hello @CharismaPink It's not Candy Crush that is down, it is the connection to your device. Please try to close the app completely and restart your phone. Then open the app and play a few old levels to see if your events come back. It might also be worthwhile checking the settings of your device. Are you on automatic time/date and connected to the internet? You could try to log out of your account and log back in. Don't uninstall the app though, as this will lose you all your boosters.
Usually the "sweet events coming soon" message screen resets after these measures. If it does not, contact player support.
