Why
Candy Royale gives you a "share" of the 500 gold jackpot. During the event, after each level you pass, you are told what your current "share" is. You can see other players drop out of the event and the game tells you how many are left to share the jackpot. The event starts with 100 players, so if you received 20 gold then after 8 levels there would have been 25 players left to give you the share of 20 gold bars. Also note that the other players are not real but recordings of past players chosen by King for you to compete against. Any one player winning the entire jackpot of 500 gold is a very, very rare occurrence.

The feature you are talking about is called "Candy Royale". In this race, we have to play 8 levels in a row to win a Jackpot of 500 Gold Bars. But, the important part is that, we are competing with 99 other players to win that Gold Bars.
Since you won 20 Gold Bars at the end, it looks like 24 other players also have won the race along with you and shared 20 GB each!
Did you take a screenshot of that winning shot? If your screenshot tells otherwise, you can contact the King Player Support team and send a complaint about it! Otherwise, there is nothing you can do! Because, these "Jackpots" are like lottery… you never know what & how much you will win!!

No option for the 6 hours for 69 gold bars was available a few days ago
So I was playing and my lives finished so I left the game... hours passed I thought they were full again so I went back only to find all those minutes pending...I don't know if it's because I was using VPN or something but I don't know what to I can't wait all those hours...is there a way you can help me ???
