Hi @anesthetist the first of your screenshots shows quite a common issue and under normal circumstances you can just select the red cross to close the warning and carry on.
Your second screenshot though is a sign of an issue that has been going on for at least four years
Unfortunately I know of no known fix for this issue so I am sorry to say all you can do is contact King Player Support to see if they can help you.
