When I start a new episode I find myself already in theast place and all other players have finished the episode.. can you fix that?

Hello @Shaza995 this problem was reported to the Game Team in Feb 2022 and as you can see from your game nothing has been done about the problem.
The issue of the Episode Race being finished as soon as you start has been going on for a long time now and as far as I know no fix has ever been released for it by King (or the Game Team)
As you have found out the normal troubleshooting techniques do not work to fix this issue. This means all you can now try is removing and reinstalling your app.
If you try this though you must first be aware of the following. Reinstalling your app will permanently delete all of your saved lives and boosters. It will also delete any progress you have made in game features such as the Daily Win and Top That.
You should also be aware that reinstalling the app isn't guaranteed to fix your issue.
If you don't want to chance reinstalling the app then your only other option is to contact King Player Support and see if they can resolve your issue.
