Im having trouble because Candy Crush doesn't help me in giving me extra moves when I'm done with the ones I get and it's frustrating...

I am assuming you are asking about the Ads that give us extra moves and/or boosters, right?
If so, those Ads are not a permanent feature and is still in testing! Only players that are selected to test the feature will be seeing those Ads. The game studios keep moving these testing features from players to players! If you have received the Ads before, you must have been included in the testing group, but not anymore!
Please don't be despair! If you have received Ads till now, there are big chances that you will receive them again. But, only a matter of time!
Until then, please keep playing Chocolate Box, Season pass, etc., features and earn free boosters to help with your levels. That's what, most of us do, as not all players are added to these testing features!

Is there a moderator on the forum anymore? This glitch just started today, the new levels that were just added are not syncing across my devices. All are up to date. It's also been saying occasionally about no connection, but closing out the game and restarting seems to take care of that. The real issue is the syncing…
Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
