on my iPad 11pro candy crush page has a glitch it won’t move what should I do do I need to delete app and up load it again on new iPad 11pro iPad device

Hello @bradrefalo To receive an email from King you will need to contact Player Support. If you delete the app you will lose all your boosters you may have saved up, so it's not recommended. If you are stuck on Candy Crush force close the programme and restart your phone, then open the game again. If this does not help, contact Player Support.
