Well if you don’t mind I will share something but it ain’t funny. Probably not the place but not sure how to post in this forum.
Below is a request sent to the support team and still do not have a response. In addition I sent a request to customer care this morning for an issue and got responded immediately. Not acceptable and obvious that they do not want to respond.
