There is no option on the website to create a king account. when I do it on my phone, I lose my progress.

I finished the candy crush royal with 22 straight wins but I didn’t get the 280 gold what should I do. I contacted support but they sent me here.

So for the last few weeks I've been madly playing, winning games and accruing points to win the 240 gold bars. The tournament ends in 12 hours and I've won all the events and now there is no path to accrue any more points.
