Can you please explain what exactly is the issue? Are you not able to click on the Candy Crush icon to open the game OR are you seeing an error message?
If you are seeing an error message, can you please show me a screenshot?
Also, did you try to open the game on a different browser - Edge or Firefox, etc.,
