Unfortunately, nothing!! The only thing you can do is take part in other features like Season Pass, Chocolate Box, and if you have Treasure Hunt and/or Sweet Cinema, finish the tasks and collect as many boosters as you can.
If you do have Season Pass, you must have noticed that, it will appear every Tuesday. You can play old levels also to climb up the tiers. If you finish the Pass for 3 weeks, you can earn 3 UFO boosters, with which, you will be able to win your level.

By the way, which level are you stuck at? Can you show me a screenshot of it?
