Why can't I connect

My app is not synced with any Facebook account at the moment, I can't use extra moves or contact the store cos it just keeps connecting without any result. I can't access my account to save my progress or even edit anything. Whenever I tap on the icon it doesn't respond. I can't even use my gold bars to access extra moves.

Thank you for the feedback . Game not connected, or some other reason, you may face such problems. You can check out some troubleshooting below.

Please Check app update - Log out game - Restart Device - Open game and Log in.
