the app decided to restart when switching apps on iPhone, resulting in loosing my long term win stream, even though I had not lost the game.
Can you please reinstate my win streak??? It was a very long win streak and I do not want to loose it!!!

I am sorry to hear the issue in your game! The level you were playing, did you win it and it stayed until you saw Tiffi bringing the Stars along with score? Do you have the Gold Pin on your level?
If so, you can report the issue to the King Player Support team. It will not be possible for them to manually to restore the win streak in your game (personal experience)! But, they will record the issue and see if they have more complaints about this glitch.
