I collected all 6 butterflies and have the claim button appear and when I tap claim, the butterflies disappear but no reward, then the claim reward reappears and the claim button. How to fix this?

What happened to my inventory?? I had over 1,000 candy bombs, over 250 candy hammers, 120 fish and more stuff. Now it's all gone. Why? I'm on the same device as always. It took me years to build up my inventory. Someone help please.
