Hi, I had an offer to update Candy Crush Saga on my iPhone. When I hit update I tried entering my password and realized I had forgotten it. In a 24 hour period I have made numerous attempts to change my password and have been unsuccessful and locked out. Now I do not have the option to go back into my games. I'm just setting on the update screen option and not allowing me to exit that screen and continue playing. Can someone please help!

No I am not getting any "error message" and Candy Crust Saga is the only game I play. The only option available to me is to Update Candy Crush without allowing to get back into my original screen. I spoke with Apple Support and it is a possibility I can loose my status if I have to close this app and start over. I am up to over 4500 games and I would hate to have to do that. The device I play on is a iPhone 12 Pro Max.
