Can't connect to the store

For 2 days I've been trying to purchase things from the store but it Just doesn't connect. I've tried every possibility, reset everything, made sure I have space, resintaled the app, cleared the cache, dowloaded and instaled the galaxy software atualization in my Phone… I need help

• Click on the Pink Cogwheel (Gear Icon) located in the top right corner of the game map screen;
• Click on ? icon in the Settings window;
• You will be in "Help Center". Select the options/choices that suits well with the issue.
