Hello. I've been playing this game for about 15 years. Since I made a purchase I am not getting ads for boosters or additional moves. I'm starting to get bored of the game because I can't progress. Can you please support me in this regard?

Hello @olyolyy unfortunately that isn't how this forum works. This forum is just a fan site so is made up of people just like you that play the game of Candy Crush. That means the best anyone can do here is offer advice and no one can influence your game in any way.
With regards to your adverts as you have purchased something it is highly unlikely that you will get them back as King removes all of your advert features as soon as you make a purchase.
You can try contacting King directly to complain using the Help function of your game, but it is highly likely that you will just receive the standard response that you received above.

Thank you for the feedback. The video ad feature as all ads and promotional features is still a test feature in the game, which means that some of you can get Lives, while others can get Boosters or other items from this feature.
This also means that the video ads will not always be available and not found in all player's games or on all devices.
So if you at the moment are missing the ads in your game, just stay tuned and keep an eye in the game to see when the ads are back.
