had to get a new phone and all my friends and lives and extras are gone , how can I retrieve?

Hello @jyllchaz🤗 A Warm Welcome to the King Community!
When we change the device, it is common to lose lives & the extra boosters. It is because only game progress & the Gold bars are saved to the King servers - which are transferrable across devices.
Whereas, the lives & boosters are saved to the local memory of our device, hence, these won't be transferred to another device.
If you still have your old phone, please use up all your boosters by playing hard levels and keep collecting boosters on your new phone.
