Hello and no, you cannot skip a level. The game will let you pass eventually if you are stuck for a long time. If it doesn't then the game wants you to spend gold bars to pass the level. If you have spent all your gold bars then the game wants you to spend real money. DON'T! My advice is that if the game won't let you pass level 330 after 25 or so attempts, uninstall the game and find a better game.
