The new train boosters shows 40 minutes unlimited lives and UFO, so I spent gold bars to accept the train and the booster UFO which is not timed, not delivered. Can the support team now give me my booster that I bought?

I am hoping that they will @Queen373 but you will need to contact the support team for this to happen, and this players' forum is not the place for that. In case you don't know how to contact support, it's best done via settings in the app (the pink cogwheel) and then the ? symbol and scroll through the options until you see "contact us" at the bottom. If you purchased the offer then they will have a record of that and should credit your game with the missing booster! If all you get is an automated email then reply to that email until you get a satisfactory reply.
