If you have downloaded the App, then open the game and click on “previously played before”. It will take you to Profile page, where you have to enter your account details (email & password). That’s it!
But, please be aware that there is a glitch going on in the game! And, it might affect you too! If it did, please don’t worry and do not reinstall the game. It will not resolve the issue as the glitch is not in your side but in the game itself. So, if possible, postpone signing into the new device OR continue playing the game on your old device.
