I’ve given help to a friend but I can’t figure out how to ask for help on a level.

I got a couple of requests to help other players. Currently stuck on level 3154 need help
Hello @kimgat Is it the "Help a friend" feature that you see when you open your friends list? When I open the list in my game I see a "help" next to a player who is stuck and I can play the level they are stuck on to send them some help. If this is the feature then I don't think that it is reciprocal yet. So I don't think you can request help, player can just send help. It is a test feature at the moment, so that may change.

Asking our friends to help with a level is a brand new feature that was introduced to the game just recently! Hence, many of us do not have it.
But, one of our Community friends has it and been helping her friends. Let me give a shout out to her and see if she can provide any tips for you👍️

Hi, I finished 23 tickets of the Yetis Draw out of 25 , still have 2 only to reach the big prize. But all tickets disspaeared on the board game and not appearing near the level number anymore. Where did they go ?
Is there a moderator on the forum anymore? This glitch just started today, the new levels that were just added are not syncing across my devices. All are up to date. It's also been saying occasionally about no connection, but closing out the game and restarting seems to take care of that. The real issue is the syncing…
Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
