How do I know if my account has been hacked?

Please can you check if there's something wrong with the account ssemeraro72@gmail.com? It's my mother's account and she has played Candy Crush for years now. But in the last 3 days she has noticed she has 0 gold bars and she had more than 200 before, her profile picture has changed and now she can't modify it and also her nickname changed but she didn't changed anything. It is like this profile doesn't belong to her completely. What's wrong?

I am sorry to hear about the glitch in your mother's game account! But, I can assure you that her account was not hacked. It is a glitch many other players (that are logged in with a King account) are also experiencing.

King team is aware about the issue and they are looking into it. If we have any update, we will inform you all through the Discussion thread my co-Mod gave you above.

Why am I stuck
I’m on level 18543 and there is no way to get out of it unless I buy bonus stuff. All my adds have disappeared so I can’t watch for extra moves. Will they return? I’ve been on this level for weeks and honestly I’m about to delete the app!

Every single time i get the boost it will crash the game in max ten games saying that i encountered a mistake which we are fixing… altought this has been on for MONTHS. ive spend gold and items to boost my levels just because i have this boost just to lose it on your freaking bug… WHEN ARE U GONNA FIX IT
