It is not your game and not your device either! This is a glitch many players are experiencing since last Tuesday! It was reported to the Candy studio and they are working on it too. But, we do not have any update yet! Please keep an eye on our main thread where we are compiling all the complaints about this glitch β>Β Unable to Log into Kingdom, lost Progress & GB
Since it is not the glitch on your side, please do not reinstall the game, as it will not fix the issue. Once the issue is resolved, everything will be back to normal π
Yes my profile pic and friends list is lost along with the gold bars to zero ...and also my movie season progress is lost...and all the additional events hav all vanished .
Iam using a android device...and using a king account...i do not have a facebook account.

Along with Gold Bars, did you lose your profile pic, friends list as well?
Which device are you using? And are you logged in through Facebook OR King account?
