The rule for this level is much the same as other legendary levels: You need to wait for a lucky board and then take advantage of any opportunity the game gives you to create special candies and combos of special candies. As this video demonstrates a colour bomb+wrap is very powerful to hit into the blockers. Eventually the game will drop the candies you need to pass, but how long it takes will depend on decisions made at King headquarters: The candies don't drop at random and the game is predetermined from the moment your see the starting board. If you don't get a lucky board then you can't pass this, so don't waste your precious boosters on this or on any other legendary level. If you don't pass on your first two attempts then the game will hold you up for a long time, hoping it will make you pay gold or money to play on. This video shows how to take advantage of a lucky board. Watch for colour bombs to drop from the top!
