Candy Royale connection issue - couldn’t claim rewards

Hello,
It happened twice to me since yesterday. When I clicked “Claimed”, the message “Connection issue. Please restart or try again later. Please do not reinstall the game” popped up.
Anyone has experienced the same issue?
