I won Candy Royale but got an error when claiming the prize

this has happened twice in the last few days. First time I didn't complain, but now I will. 1st time, I should have won 30 gold, this time was 20. Both times I got this message when I tried to claim the prize. After I restarted the game, the prize was gone.

    • Select "Candy Royale" and click on it;
    • Scroll down all the way and click on "Contact Us"
    • Fill the form and send your complaint.
