I was in first place for the “gold club” event that ended last night. As soon as the event ended, it disappeared from my events tab and I never received my 50 gold bar award. I contacted customer service about this and provided a screenshot showing the event was no longer in my events tab and the 50 gold bars not in my account. The customer service agents did not resolve my issue or give me my reward. This is extremely unfair, and I’m mad that they would treat a paying customer like this. Can anyone help me @FluffyDinosaur @King_admin ?
