Hello @LULUZINHA05 Yes, level 647 is very difficult but it can be beaten without boosters. Please don't waste boosters on this but keep going until you get a lucky board. My starting board 647 looks exactly like the one in this video, so I do think this level is meant to be played without starting boosters, so don't waste any on this board. Wait for a lucky board which will give you opportunities as shown in the video below:

@rebelchild King have changed almost all of the early levels in the past two or three years, so if anyone asks about specific levels, it's best to check the level still looks the same as in an old thread or video, which in this case it doesn't. I'm a good choice for help with any level queries because I have access to all levels of Candy Crush and I enjoy checking them out to advise players. So any queries about specific levels, I'd be happy to solve.
