Can you tell me which device you are using to play the game?  Are you trying to use your Gold Bars or purchasing with real money?

Let's try to get this sorted so you can get back to connecting to the App Store;

* Restart the Game: Sometimes simply closing and reopening the game can resolve display issues.
* Check for Updates: Make sure your game is up-to-date, as newer versions often fix bugs from earlier releases.
* Clear Cache: If you’re on a mobile device, try clearing the cache for Candy Crush. Don't worry, this won't delete your game data.* Android: Go to Settings > Apps > Candy Crush > Storage > Clear Cache.
* iOS: You'll need to offload the app which can be done by going to Settings > General > iPhone Storage > Candy Crush > Offload App, then reinstall it from the App Store.

* Reboot Your Device: If the issue persists, try rebooting your device which can sometimes clear up lingering issues.
