User ID: 11553953670 I’m on level 2993   I spent the time writing this, hoping someone will be able to help me. I can’t believe I have spent the time writing all this, and i’m not good at articulating in writing, or tech lingo, so hoping someone wonderful will hang in there and be able to help me!! I am frustrated and disappointed, and now determined. I started playing Candy Crush, and I was just at a weird place in life and wasn’t putting anything into the game. Then I started really liking the game. Now it’s one of the few things I do for me, and I really enjoy it, BUT I haven’t gotten ANY of the fun events or fun shaped candies in SO LONG! I think the last event and fun shaped candy I got was the Barbie event, so almost a year ago!!! I’ve spent a RIDICULOUS amount of money on the game. And all I want is to have events and fun shaped candies again. I have written many emails, and gotten no where, and I’ve posted in the community with zero response’s.   So I created a new account today 4/21/2024 and for my name I wrote, “Bubby” the game, (Candy Crush) started at level one, BUT I was out of lives…because I had just played them all——While Logged into my regular account (Or one of my “accounts!!”) If it’s a new account then how could I be out of lives? Why would using/playing lives from a different account matter?? So time passes, and I get one life, it’s clearly starting from the beginning (level one and it did the thing where it showed me how to play.) Then It did the thing where there is the fishing boat, and it fish’s one more life, even though I won the level…!?!? Like my account and the new account are combined…?!?! (They definitely are in someway keep reading)   - So then I went to ask for lives from friends, but I don’t have any yet (also indicating a new account, because normally I have many CC friends) BUT when I clicked to add friends the profile picture is MY MAIN PICTURE! The picture of my dog!!⬇️ 

  I clicked on my profile picture and it switched to the correct profile picture (just an auto selected Candy Crush picture) 

- I also started playing the Candy Royal before level one, I played 12 levels in a row, I won them all, and that “event” disappeared. Then I got this…?!?! ⬇️

 - I go to the settings at the top right, then click my account, Then this screen appears, as if I’m not logged in⬇️

- How could I have created a new account without logging in…?!?!

  - So I log in with facebook and it has some of the things from that new game (where I had started at level one) carried over, the “hub” on the map screen, the “New Collections Event” (also when I first logged in the events tab was lit up indicating I had something new- and I clicked it, opening up the events page & it was as if i had a booster spinner wheel, but then it glitched-like never-mind you dont have that!!!!!)  

- The “new collections event” is gone, however the hub event is still on the maps page, as well as “Episode Race” and “Season Pass” and “Triple Delight” (the sale for boosters)

 - The new game I played I entered the name Bubby, now it says Bubby over my facebook picture/ logged in with Facebook! What the heck?!?!  - Is it normal for my profile picture to change depending on which way I choose to login? because if I login with Facebook, it shows my Facebook picture and when I login with email, it shows the picture of my dog, but both logins take me to the same level on the game. 

 - Then theres all the emails i’ve sent, like this one: ⬇️ 

- OK, now I am annoyed at the customer service I’m recieving with my issue. Is this an automated message? I ignored it for the Christmas event, and now I’m not receiving another event???   1. The emails I’ve received in response to my issue are very wordy and use a lot of fancy synonyms that do not apply! Such as:    - “it is expected for some events and features to change and even become temporarily unavailable” This does not apply, nothing changed or was “temporarily unavailable.”

- The events are not working for my account, period. Nothing has been available.   - The Email also said “special events are bonus features in the game and therefore not designed to be there permanently. (Whom said anything about it being permanent? Obviously, special events are not permanent, hence the words “special events” and I get that events are bonus features, MY GAME IS NOT GETTING ANY EVENTS NOR IS IT GETTING ANY SPECIAL SHAPED CANDIES.  

 2. I pay to play this game, more money than I should. It’s the only game that I play and my concerns are not being listened to? I can’t imagine any app, or company, taking $30 or more every month from someone, and NOT FIXING A CUSTOMERS ISSUES. (I have paid much less for other apps, and received much better customer service!)  

3. How can an event show in the App Store and be advertised for the game (like there is an event advertised in the App Store right now, the Movie Season-) but I can’t play it?! Isn’t that false advertising?! Also this event is all over the King community! There’s even dates for all these planned events- yet they’re just all magically not in my game?!?! Like: “May 13th to June 2nd, join us as we roll out the red carpet for a series of exciting events, collectables, and special features designed to make your gameplay experience blockbuster-worthy.”   I have done everything on my end. Phone iOS is up-to-date. App is up-to-date. I have plenty of storage. I’ve logged in and out. I’ve deleted, and reinstalled the app. I’ve logged in with Facebook, logged in with email, and have logged in with Apple. Please note that special events are bonus features in the game and therefore not designed to be there permanently. To help keep things fresh and interesting, our studio tweaks and introduces new features every so often. As such, they need to thoroughly check these during gameplay, so these special features may appear or disappear during ongoing tests, as well as during scheduled maintenance checks. Please keep your app updated as it's the only way you can get more fresh content. If you have any further questions regarding this please let me know. I will always be here for you! Still interested? Here’s a few more issues I’ve had with my account: - Sat, Jun 25, 2022, I’ve tried signing up for the community honestly about 20 times, and I can’t get logged in. After I put in all my info, A new question appears and asks “why would I like to join the community?” I answer that and then answer the captcha (selecting the correct pictures) again. And then it asks me again why I want to join, and even though I selected the correct pictures, it just goes in circles, and does the captcha and with the pictures and the question again…. 

 - After making my first purchase, I lost the ad feature: After making a purchase why would the game get worse & become less fun? That doesn’t make any sense. I made a purchase for the first time ever for “a new design on my piggy bank” and Now I get zero adds, I have no lives, and the whole game has changed… for the worse. A customer should have a better experience, not a worse experience after purchasing something from the game. 

 - After reading what happened in The Candy Crush All Stars Event with the extra leader boards, and the events not even being fair or real, maybe there is no point in trying to get these events anymore anyways. 

Fun shaped candies would, at the very least be nice.   

Very disappointed.

Hello @Girliegirlnr I must admit I couldn't follow it all as it was so much and unfortunately there are no photos showing in your long post. I know nothing about facebook so unfortunately can't help you with that. It sounds like maybe your new and old games got merged somehow.

If you want to start a new game entirely so you will get all the fun shaped candies and events, maybe you could try to uninstall the app and download it again. Start playing at level 1. The game will automatically assign an avatar and a new account for every new player even though you don't yourself save the game. Each new game is saved in King's server anyway, it just is anonymous and not linked to any facebook or email account, but King save every game and it will reload when the app is opened, even weeks after not playing, the app will just start again where you left off. If you don't want your accounts to be merged, could you not try to create a new account using email rather than facebook? I don't really understand why people play via facebook. Is it because you do not have a mobile device? There seem to be so many issues and problems with facebook.
