How can I deactivate Candy Royale?

I have been playing Candy Crush for years & I am l on the 8000 level. I sm unable to play because Candy Royale pops up with no way to opt out. I have tried multiple things to get into Candy Crush with no success. Some time the candy crush screen is grayed out. I enjoyed Candy Crush but I will no longer be trying the game. This is irritating & frustrating!

Unfortunately, we do not have any option to deactivate this event!
I am sorry to say that I am a bit confused with your question!! Are you not able to open the game? Do you think that the Candy Royale is the reason for that?
Can you please explain what is happening? Is your screen froze?
