To King Support: I’ve been having connection issues in Candy Crush Saga for at least a couple of weeks. I might have been able to get through a couple of levels, but not much so you should be able to see when the connection issues started. I did all the things that you said to do under connection issues troubles, and none of them worked and I haven’t been able to text you because I couldn’t figure out how.
Hello @sassafrasdeer and welcome to the community! King aren't here either, since this is a players forum to discuss the game, but I have read many, many post like yours. There is a way to contact players support via the app and also a "contact us" option at the very bottom of this page. Via the app is best so try that if you can. Use settings (the pink cogwheel at the top of your map screen) then choose the "? "symbol and scroll through the options until you see "contact us" at the bottom. You will first get an automated email but a day or two later you should hear from a real customer services adviser (not at weekends though) . If you don't get a satisfactory answer, then reply to the first email until you do.
There have been many similar complaints over in the support forum in this community. If you use the magnifying glass at the top of this page you can search "connection" and all manner of posts will come up. There are complaints every day. Unfortunately we never really hear from people after that of how and if they managed to fix their problem. Did you look at this thread:
