Hello, I closed the game on mobile, Facebook and iPhone, waited a few minutes and logged in again, but the problem persists. On Facebook, I lose my progress, friends and gold bars. I can't even log in on my mobile, it says I'm not connected. All I can do is play on my cell phone, but yesterday I didn't receive gold bars in 2 races of the episodes that I quickly played through.

I am sorry to hear about the issue in your game! When you open the game, do you see an error message? If so, can you show me a screenshot of it?

I can't play on my laptop or in the Microsoft app, my gold bars don't even load my progress.
