Can I get an update on the help I asked for in getting back to the process I lost please? So very frustrated

I was asked to send a screenshot of my map showing where I was out back to. I am supposed to be in the 4000 level
Not sure why I keep having to do the same things over again lol. Can someone just please fix my game.

I am sorry but I am still not sure what exactly it is you are asking help with. Your screenshot is just an image of your map. Does the game put on the wrong level? If so, which level should you be on?

Please email Player Support so they can restore the levels manually on your account.You can also email them from here and tell your Game ID there.
So go to questions in your game find a topic close. Select that then on that page it brings you to go all the way to the bottom you'll see contact us. Fill out the littles boxes. They will email you promptly. Then at that point you can email with them even send screen shots. They will do everything in their power to help. If nothing else they will try to compensate you to try and help with your frustration. hang in there
