Hello @andrehoffmann . Please note that to get an answer here you need to post in English. I managed to translate but have to reply in English myself.

If you don't receive the gold for the episode race try to close the game, turn your phone off and on and then open the game again. Play a few older levels to see if the flag reappears and then the first level of the next episode.

If you see the flag hazy then it means your connection to the app via the app store has been lost. So try turn off and on again. If you see no flag you might be too far into the current episode to trigger the race. Try to finish the episode and make sure you have a good connection and see the flag when you start the next episode. Also always make sure you see the flag and the "1" for first place whenever you start the last level of your episode race. If it is hazy or missing, close the app and reopen before playing that last level.

As for the missing ads, there is nothing that can be done about those, they are not featured in every player's game and cannot be requested.
