Identical levels - different numbers of moves

I had thought I experienced dejavu about identical/ similar levels until a few days ago. I noticed 2 levels not too far from each other having the same orders and board except for moves.

In my game they are 9060 (20 moves) and 9177 (24 moves).

Have you found any pairs of levels like that? I believe there are more than 1 pair.

The have been mucking around with levels. They move a bunch then update them later. They did some updates from 1000-1500 and I have played duplicate levels more than a few times. They are the same levels as pre 1000. I do not think I have seen the same level 3 times yet but I half expect to.
