sick of the cow and it says 4000 I am way beyond that when will it change

To replace the cow with a photo go into Settings and "my account" and click on the camera. It will divert you to the website you can post a photo (except if you play via facebook I think). To get your proper milestone banner go back to the last milestone level you passed (5000, 6000, 7000 etc) and play it once more and pass it and your banner should update.
