Hello @tintoh Huawei devices haven't been able to access Google services since 2019 due to the US trade ban.
There are ways around this issue but they are beyond the scope of this forum.

Make sure that your game app is updated to latest version.
Check if you have latest system updates on your device.Try different connection wifi or mobile data . Logout and login back into your play store account
