How can I retrieve earned gold bars?

I just won 25 gold bars from the candy,my iPad said not connected to Internet; it was, so now I have lost those bar. How can I get them?

Some players are experiencing this issue with "Top That" event! But, our Community In-charge has informed last week that the issue was resolved. You can check their comment —> Here.

Also, please make sure that your game App is updated to the latest version.

With regards to your missing Gold Bars, you will have to contact the King Player Support team. You can send your complaint directly from your iPad game. Please follow below steps⬇️

Click on the Pink Cogwheel (Gear icon) located in the top right corner of game map screen;
Click on ? icon located in Settings window;
Scroll down to "Events" and click on it;
In the next screen, 2nd point is about "Top That" rewards connection error. Click on it;
Now, see if any of the information provided pertains to you. If not, scroll down all the way and click on "Contact Us";
Fill the form and send your complaint.
