hi- I noticed that my profile pic was not me but an avatar that I didn’t chose. I logged into king community and selected a profile from my account and removed name publicly. I went back to game which is linked to my FB but have gone back to level 1. I deleted app and tried logging in and still the same. Please help!! Thank you

Hello,
My understanding is that your King community account and King account can be different. Mine are not linked. I connected my game account with my FB but usually log in with an email and password. I don’t link my King community account with my game account.
You can try logging in your game account either with FB log in or email. Make sure you let the game load fully (avatar is full) before clicking “x”. I got the 1st level before when it took too long and I clicked x too soon. Then I just logged out of the game and logged in again.Good luck 🍀
