Stuck on level 16093

Honestly, King is making this game a bore. I used to get extra moves when i exhaust all the given moves using gold bars but now with the connection problems the extra moves no longer show up. 16093 cannot be passed with 24 moves obvioulsy and the only remedy one could get is to get extra moves but it seems the game cant be fixed regardless of all the updates. Tried resetting it and even contacted King but they dont offer tangible solutions.

they only let so many win before they change the rules & once a support person decides they don’t like you they make sure you stay stuck
