Why are some ads not working?

I am so frustrated with this game. The levels are harder, which is fine, I like a challenge, however, boosters and extra lives are almost nonexistent and harder to come by and if you choose to watch an ad, it doesn't play and you lose! Please fix this!

I am sorry to hear about the issue you are experiencing with the Ads in your game!

When you said "the Ad doesn't play" — are the Ads freezing OR do you see a Black screen OR game crashes?  Can you please explain a bit more?

If the Ads are freezing, is it the same Ad all the time?  Please reply by typing below and provide as many details as you can.

Hi and Welcome to the King Community

Thank you for the feedback. The video ad feature as all ads and promotional features is still a test feature in the game, which means that some of you can get Lives, while others can get Boosters or other items from this feature.

This also means that the video ads will not always be available and not found in all player's games or on all devices.

So if you at the moment are missing the ads in your game, just stay tuned and keep an eye in the game to see when the ads are back.
