3 times I use 10 gold bar to get extra moves for my level but I never get the extra moves but I lost my 30 gold bar. How can I get back my 30 gold bar back .

You will have to contact King Player Support team and request for your lost Gold Bars. I am assuming that you are playing on a mobile device. I just logged in again, and the gold was refunded. Yay :)
I just had a similar problem and spent gold bars to get a UFO. The program got hung up. Now it's working again, and the gold is gone, but I didn't get the UFO.
