Check if you have latest system updates on your device.Try different connection wifi or mobile data . Logout and login back into your play / App store account. Change your king password . If you login Facebook account, remove Facebook connection via the settings menu
In the game. Logout from your Facebook on your device both app and browser and then connect again. Shut down the game and start it again.
