How to get help from a friend to pass a board for me

You can't. The Help a Friend feature only means that you can help but not that you or any player can request help. This feature is controlled by King and the friends did not actually ask for help. You don't pass the level for them, they get some boosters from your help and may or may not pass the level with the help of those boosters.
