How do we ask for help when stuck on a level.been helping other but dont no how to ask for myself?

Unfortunately, we can't! It is the game system that sends us some of the friends who are stuck in their levels!!
Since you have the feature, if you are ok, instead of spending gold bars and/or boosters, keep trying the level but lose it! May be this will trigger the system to send your level to your friends (if they have "help a friend" feature) to help you by passing the level on your behalf.
Since the feature is very new, we are still awaiting for more information on how it works, etc.,!
