For the past few months, when I try to reconnect my Facebook account to my Candy Crush Saga game it doesn’t work. The FB picture never shows up. I have a cartoon yellow bird instead. What’s going on?

When you are trying to connect, are you seeing an error message? Can you show me a screenshot of that error message?

Is there a moderator on the forum anymore? This glitch just started today, the new levels that were just added are not syncing across my devices. All are up to date. It's also been saying occasionally about no connection, but closing out the game and restarting seems to take care of that. The real issue is the syncing…
