All events have disappeared

I have changed my phone and all my events have disappear, like my race to get gold bars, the chocolate box, the cinema to get booster, all events disappear! Why?

Try following steps

1. clear cache of your game
2. Logout atleast 15 minutes
3. Login and play any old level
4. If not comes wait for few hours and again play old level chance to get event
5. If don't come following steps try to mail player support area bottom of the page contact us mention your game I'd and problem details. Thank you Have a good day 😊

Hello @Marivet2509 when you start your game on a new device it is normal for all of your friends and features to be missing as it takes awhile for the information to synchronise between your device and King's servers.

All you have to do is play a few levels and everything should return

Please note that when you change devices you are guaranteed to receive all of the features you had on your old device. You might lose some of the features you used to have, but you might also get new features you haven't seen before.
